PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION
You will work with clients on delivering innovative solutions using our broadband video platform. You will be the Technical Lead on projects with designers and team members to develop dynamic broadband video experiences using Adobe Flash/Flex and other related technologies.  This position is a lead member of the Client Services team responsible for the development and execution of client projects.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans and scopes technical effort on Web 2.0 projects.
Performs technical design and architecture.
Creates technical project documentation.
Develops AS2 and AS3 applications using PTV’s custom framework.
Integrates PTV software into client web systems.
Maintains billable utilization rate.
Collaborates with creative designers and other developers on projects.
Develops user interfaces and underlying data structures using Actionscript 2 and 3.
As a senior member of the team, establishes code standards and performs regularly scheduled code reviews with other team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Programming experience using Actionscript 2.0/3.0
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage development priorities and assess trade-offs.
Combined 4+ years of industry experience developing in Actionscript or other OO language.
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
